Kundalini Experiential Research Project
Here you will find an overview of my method, a link to my "Kundalini Story", and a list of all my ongoing Practice Logs as well as some other key resources.
This site, in part, is to publish my ongoing experiences with Kundalini Kriyas (spontaneous movements) as multi-dimensional healing.
Here you will find an overview of my method for documenting this unpredictable process, a link to my "Kundalini Story", a link to all weekly Practice Logs as well as some other key resources. I'm putting this pretty raw data out there in hopes that someone else will find it helpful and relevant.

Kriyas, as documented here, are associated with the pycho-spiritual-physiological changes that arise spontaneously from a Kundalini process. Some of this may not make sense to anyone unfamiliar with the notion.
For anyone also undergoing Kundalini (K) and who are struggling with spontaneous kriyas (which can be extremely disruptive), my logs show how I've made space and integrated them into my life to good success. I recommend experimenting similarly, in way that suites you and your life. I'd wager most of the time it will make things far more manageable, and bring great healing.
I have not documented any kriyas for a while, though they continue to arise. Of late, they have become more subtle, with lots of spontaneous breathwork, mudras, and mental phenomenon. Perhaps I'll find a way to report on those eventually.
I'd love to hear your experiences if you are so inclined. Send any stories to aa@onebloomsinging.com
