This site, in part, is to publish my ongoing experiences with Kundalini Kriyas (spontaneous movements) as multi-dimensional trauma recovery.

Here you will find an overview of my method, a link to my "Kundalini Story", a link to all my ongoing weekly Practice Logs as well as some other key resources. I'm putting this pretty raw data out there in hopes that someone else will find it helpful and relevant.

These experiences are associated with the pycho-spiritual-physiological changes that from a Kundalini process. I choose that frame due to its fit, though it also resonates with some of the Chinese Alchemical transformational processes. Some of this may not makes sense to anyone unfamiliar with those frameworks.

For anyone also undergoing Kundalini (K) and who are struggling with spontaneous kriyas (which can be extremely disruptive), my logs show how I've made space and integrated them into my life to good success. I recommend experimenting similarly, in way that suites you and your life. I'd wager most of the time it will make things far more manageable, and bring great healing.

I'd love to hear your experiences if you are so inclined. Send any stories to aa@onebloomsinging.com
