God's Face

God's Face

It's the cricket sounds
that @tuned us.
And the stars that hypnotized
...whirling vortexes in our minds...
but not too fast ...

in fact it seems a little slow...

because you must have been distracted
when we tripped and fell, and bumped our heads and...
They paved us. They pulled the wool blanket over our eyes.
It was gifts, which is a promise that you are loved and will be cared for. Right?
That subterfuge was uncalled for, and cheating, and unfair.
But she'd groomed us, even though we couldn't tell.

So we wonder how, in all our wandering, if magic were real, it would have turned up by now...

Dig up the big Rocks, and the ones who laid them down.
Ask them All, "what are you afraid of?" and you'll hear ...

a whale song
some distant cheer
applausing crickets
chirping birds, and a smattering of voices of those others who wander the night garden, with eyes, or ears, or voices open.
Us'All coming in crystal clear.
