About This Blog

This is a pretty old school blog. I'm not a business, not trying to become famous...just like to write and want to practice putting more of myself out there.

I will most certainly, at least for the foreseeable future, write about my experiences with kundalini and spontaneous kriyas. It's a bit of a personal research project that I'm making public in the hope that someone else will want to engage on this amazing topic.

Otherwise, it will probably be a bit all over the place. I like to write about philosophy, dabble in poetry, and experiment with some fiction. Some other themes that are likely to emerge are spiritual development, psychology, dreamwork, mythology and archetypes, creativity, and various embodiment practices.

If you want to subscribe, please use an RSS reader. I don't do the email newsletter thing. There are RSS feeds per major topic or a global one, depending on your interests.

About Me

At least some of the time, I will be writing about how I am healing from lifelong trauma. As such, I am not interested in fully "out" about who I am as that may imply guilty parties, even if unintentional. I have no interest in trying to defend nor accuse anyone. The past is the past. My focus is healing and being in "now time".

So... I will stay relatively anonymous in this project as a "middle way". Some readers will know who I am because I've invited you personally. (Hi friends! Thanks for stopping by!) Otherwise, anonymity is my path for the time being. Of course I know you could be a creeper and go figure it out...but maybe just don't?

If you want to connect, reach out with some details about your interest, and I will consider it.

About Ghost

I'm using the Ghost platform after moving over from Substack. I don't write explicitly about politics (though "everything is political") but lately they have made business choices that I do not want to implicitly support with my presence. I know not everyone can choose to disconnect from these major platforms as it may be tied into their financial security, but for me as a pure hobiest, this was not acceptable.

So here I am, using Ghost. And honestly...so far I love it. Highly recommend!
